Her Era is a nonprofit mentoring program dedicated to equipping teen girls with the life skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive. We provide a safe, inspiring space where young women build resilience, discover their strengths, and form meaningful connections. Through mentorship, skill-building workshops, and community engagement, we guide girls toward becoming evolved, empowered women ready to shape their futures and lead in their own unique era.
Get Involved
We help them to reshape how they view themselves. We have to step up as women and take the lead.
Target Audience:
We organize inclusive events for Teen Girls (ages 13–19) in Connecticut, with a focus on those who may be at risk, underrepresented, or in need of mentorship and supportive networks.
